Little Caesars Pizza

Everything went wrong today. We didn’t feel like cooking today and this was a nightmare. I will start with the ordering and their automated pick up, the service,then with the food quality. Ordering was easy at their app, the email has a bug, the first email said the order was going to be ready tomorrow, i mean, the next day, see pic. I dont work for them, so why I have to pick up my order instead of them give it to me. So, I approached the cashier and asked for my order, she responded… its in the oven, so I sit o a chair right in front of her. There were no customers and, after 20 minutes of waiting in the same chair I noticed a pizza box and a box of wing in the automated oven, so I asked her, if that was my order and she replied, I told you it was in the oven!!! OMG, I said to myse

We called and asked for deep dish and their outsourced agents told us that although we didn’t see it in the website that we are good to order and that it’s in the menu for today. Upon driving 17 minutes to the store (because they also said delivery was not available,) they tell us that deep dish is not available and that the agent only placed the order for crazy sticks and a brownie. Even though we verified with the agent MULTIPLE times. Horrible service.

Fresh and hot pretzel crust pizza- cheesy bread and they were ready on time. It was easy to order on the app. And we like using the portal. Quick in and out service. Parking is plenty with easy access. We have used this location several times.

I like Little Caesars for the convenience and quickness you can get a pizza. I have been coming to this Little Caesars for a few years now and they always do a good job. The online order process makes it such a quick in and out process. I can order what I want when coming from work and walk right in and pick it up with an easy click of the button..

I CAN TELL YOU THAT AFTER WAITING 4 HOURS AT THE EYE DOCTOR'S AND BUYING MYSELF THE PEPPERONI, THEY MADE THIS A GOOD DAMN PIZZA TO MAKE MY NIGHT, WHOEVER MADE THIS I WISH THEY GET A DAMN RAISE BECAUSE THIS IS PEAK FLAVOR. THE DRIPPY CHEESE? PERFECT TEMPERATURE AND TEXTURE? THE GREAT JUICE IT HAS?? I need y'all to tell me who made this, today at 6:30 pm
