Little Caesars Pizza

I have had soo many bad experiences here, yet I still come because my children loves pizza and this is our only little caesars in the area. I never spend anything less than $35 each time! They have given me uncooked pizza, literally cheese was not even fully melted when I got home! Another time, I came in and an employee who was mopping constantly asked over and over if another employee could come and assist me, i stood there over 15 minutes if not more before someone finally came to the register! Halloween night, I placed my online order around 10:30 and did not receive my food until after 12!! They had pizzas in the warmers but none for any of the customers!! They said the pizzas were old!! And look how burnt my pizza was when i got home!!

I placed a pickup order through the drive-thru at 4:42 PM for a 5:00 PM pickup. Shortly after, I received a notification stating the store was busy and that my pickup time had been adjusted to between 5:06 PM and 5:11 PM. I arrived at the location by approximately 5:22 PM, yet I did not receive my pizza until around 6:15 PM. After arriving at the drive-thru window, I waited over 30 minutes without any acknowledgment from staff inside the store. There was no greeting, explanation, or communication of any kind despite this being a prepaid pickup order and the drive-thru being clearly designated for that purpose. The food is USUALLY good if they give you the correct order. But I have had a few pizzas that were far too greasy. The only issue here seems to be staffed. Ran by a bunch of young people with bad attitudes! No customer service and please don't even come if they are busy you will be waiting for so double the time. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! My kids love Little Ceasers Pizza so that's the only reason I come here but I'm about to convince them Pizza hut down the street is better. Whenever I come here the staff is rude and they say 15 minutes wait but I end up waiting a lot longer. It seems like they are always training someone new who either messes up the order or or moves like a turtle. Then there's so remorse or concern at least a "sorry for your wait" nothing like that. I ordered 14 pizzas for my child’s party 2/27/2026 for 2/28/2026. When I arrived at the pickup time on 2/28/2026, the pizzas were not ready, and I was told there would be a 2 hour wait. Last year for my other child’s party, I ordered 10 pizzas and never received them. It is safe to say that I will NEVER patronize this place again. If I could put zero stars, I would.
