Little Caesars Pizza

So disappointed guys I usually come here with my boys and loved their service and cashiers last year but today was hell the cashier needs training and customer service skills need to be flossed not everyone is meant to sell pizza clearly I see that now but what’s worst is the food we received food that I paid with cash not food I got for free and even if it would of been free how dare they try to deceive us the customer by being petty like if she owned stocks and was about to lose if she dare serve a proper cheese pizza at a deal prize even after I had asked if there was any specials to accommodate my family and she clearly stated no that she had no ready cheese pizza which goes against their own propaganda and advertising of hit and ready cheese pepperoni and Hawaiian to top it off we no

there was a huge roach in there and we told the woman that was working there to do something and all she was doing was laughing. The woman also kept making faces and had a slight attitude and took a very long time making the pizza and all for it to not be cooked right and or cut well it fell apart easily aswell. We made the order at 9:46 wasnt done until 10:16 was supposed to be done in 10-15. thats when we went inside and saw the roach flying around.

Best little ceasars compared to the one on Bristol. Young workers but they get the job done. Haven't had an issue with the pizza itself always looks better compared to the others spots in town.

I came here with the expectation that they would prepare our pizzas well like they did the other day. Unfortunately, after returning home, I found that the pizza was burned, flat, lacked sauce, crust, and cheese, and was improperly sliced with the pizza cutter. Seeking resolution, I approached the manager, Angie, hoping for some customer service. However, I was met with unprofessionalism and rudeness. Angie refused to replace the order or provide a refund.

Thin crust pepperoni and pineapple bomb literally the best pizza that they have I'm not crazy about their $5 ready pizzas too much bread for me but like I said the thin crust is off the chain I can eat at 8 days a week my husband feels the same way
