Little Caesars Pizza

This place doesn't offer fresh hot pizza it's all premade and in heated self service food shelf. Had to drive to Shallotte location to get two large pizzas.

Absolutely was in line for 45 minutes! Could not get out of line because car in front of me was not told to pull forward. Wanted to order 2 pizzas but after 45 min only one pizza was ready. While sitting ; 2 employees went outside to smoke!!! No receipt for cash payment so had to pull around to ask for receipt. Cashier was about to break her neck to get outside to vape!

I used to love this place now it’s a disgrace black lady taking orders worst attitude no customer experience never have any pizzas ready and when you order to wait they forget about customers waiting outside this place needs new management and new employees

So went on vacation at Ocean Isle Beach. Last night I called there to see if I can order some pizza and I asked if I could place an order for pick up and the lady responded very rude saying " Yeah you have to because we don't deliver" it really threw me off because I had already asked if I could pick it up. The lady then acted like she didn't want to take my order. Because of this I took my business else where. I've been in restaurant business for years. I've never seen or heard of someone greeting someone like this. I only gave a 1 star because no stars wasn't an option. Absolutely horrible experience and would recommend replacing whoever the lady was that answered the phone with anyone with little to no integrity as they would still be better than the lady that answered. Truly disgusting

How do these places stay open with such terrible service. When I called to place an order the lady was extremely rude and couldn't tell me when the order would be ready or how much it would be. The pizza was okay but they clearly don't want your business.
