Little Caesars Pizza

If it was possible to give ZERO stars, I most certainly would! I've NEVER in my life had such a disgusting pizza! On Friday May 30, 2025, I ordered a 5 meat and extra best cheese pizza with a 2 liter mtn dew from the Little Caesars in Madison, MS on Hwy 51. I sat in the parking lot, ordered online, waited in the parking lot and walked inside to retrieve my pizzas upon their completion. Once I arrived home, approximately 1 mile away, my pizzas were already cold. The toppings were cooked, but the dough was still raw and mushy. The pizzas were sitting in a pool of grease; The 5 meat crust was so thin and soaked in grease it literally fell apart and all my toppings slid right off. Double charged for order. Told cashier Benjamin T. that the charge had already cleared. Verified in app on my phone and showed him. He still ran my card again anyway. Lo and behold I was charged twice. Huge pain getting refunded. Manager Tiffany so rude and completely unapologetic for their mistake! I had to go to the trouble of driving back up there to resolve this after I had already told the cashier that this was going to happen and that he was charging me twice. Not only did she not apologize or offer some compensation but she acted like I was the one causing her inconvenience instead of the other way around! Terrible place. Need some employee training!

Every time I call the phone goes straight to voicemail like I'm leaving a message on someone's cellphone. Dafaq? The number is correct because I click the call link straight from Google. Can I just call and order a pizza to come pick up please?

every time i picked up pizza here its been great. The employees are nice, its the only Little Caesars around that carries zap packs seasonings. I came here today and the employees were dealing with a total Karen of customer. Some rude lady named Brittany was just screaming at them and they remained super nice to her. Honestly i applaud the way the handled it. For sure the nicest employees of any pizza place i been to.
