Little Caesars Pizza

One of the few places prices haven't sky rocketed like 25 years ago it was a $5 Hot & Ready and now still a bit under $7? Way to go & at least they haven't cut quality! If anything they're better! I always get a perfect order and fast, friendly service here.

I had asked for napkins and cookies 2 times and the little girl act like their coming from her pocket learn customer service or get out the industry

Ordered online and my build your own pizza was not cooked correctly. They only put the toppings on half of the pizza and they put the wring toppings. Building a pizza isn't rocket science. I should have known things would be sideways when the lady was eating at the window and drinking her mountain dew but didn't even was her hands before handing me the order. Gross. Won't be back! Will not recommended this place to anyone!

I enjoy some Little Caesars here and there. Several times this past year I have gotten a classic Pepperoni Pizza and even the the Crazy Puffs once from this location. Sometimes the pizzas were the Little Caesars quality that made me love it's pizza, but most of the time they were a little lack luster. The pizza was lacking on sauce, and had those tiny burn spots in the cheese. I understand the cheese on a pizza can get that, but out of the top quality Little Caesars pizzas I've had in my life, they don't have a bunch of burnt cheese spots. Of course there was nothing wrong with the taste of those pizzas except that I was barely tasting any sauce. It seemed to me like the pizza was thrown together in a hurry before they cooked it. I know when I got the Crazy Puffs they hit the spot.

I know Little Caesars is cheap pizza and not supposed to be as good as their competitors but they are my absolute favorite. The food is always consistent as is the customer service. The customer service isn’t excellent but it’s not bad either, just not memorable. Unfortunately I’ve moved to an area where Little Caesars is not available so visiting this Roanoke location again will be great!
