Little Caesars Pizza

I'm a little disappointed tonight. My daughter ordered an extra most bestest pizza tonight expecting to have her extra pepperoni that she paid for. Got to the car and the only reason I didn't take it back in was because my kids already took their slices. I took a Picture and went back in the store to speak to the young man that served us. I explained to him I understand that we're only paying $6 but its the principle. I asked him if this pizza that he gave us looks like what they advertised and his response is that the extra pepperoni is layered under the cheese. Ive never known for them to layer pepperoni then a layer of cheese then another layer of pepperoni so thats three layers, isnt it just extra pepperoni added all over the top layer? The employees don’t show respect for customers, they don’t follow the principle first come first served. They are very rude with customers. After placing the order at 6:52 PM, we got it 30 minutes later after asking to get our money back because people that come later got theirs before us.

Juan is very disgusting. I told him I didn't want a stale looking pizza, I turned my back and he printed a new order ticket and paste it on the same old pizza that no body wanted. Can't be trusted with people's food !!!!!

I will never go back to this location. I placed an order and the wait was 15 minutes, but unfortunately, I had to use the bathroom badly. It was employees only, but the fact that I ordered there and I had to go real bad, the manager just looked at me and said no. That's not customer service at all. I'll stick to Domino's Pizza.

Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes with no one even helping me and then after ordering the food was told I can’t use the restroom absolute garbage place and location. Will never be back here again in my life!
