Little Caesars Pizza

I would give a 0 if possible.... When I asking for a refund because I had been there 30 minutes and had not been told it would be 30 min for a pepperoni pizza (and I had 2 children under the age of 5 with me) the manager Tiffany interrupted me and said "well you see we are busy".....and when I started to speak again she interrupted me again and spoke over me. Then, I said I didn't like the attitude she was having with me and I said just give me my refund. Then, she told me that she didn't like MY attitude and she then said "and if you don't like my attitude you can catch me outside"......I told her I would call corporate and she said they didn't have corporate and mocked me. I know they are a franchise owned by EFRC Enterprises and they do have to answer to corporate.....I'll go to dominos

The pizza was burnt. They messed up the order. Took it back and asked them to fix it and they purposely messed the order up again. The manager was Courtney J. She was very rude and immature. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this place never has good customer service and the pizza has really gone down hill. Will not recommend this location. I would do 0 stars but it won’t let me.

Ive complained 2 times already abought poor quality like the pizza tasting bad or there being very little sauce on the pizza and its the same everytime i try to go there picture for proof its like very small amount and super dry.

Whoever has been making theirs pizzas lately, please keep it up! You’re doing an amazing job!

Some guy covered with tattoos was trying to count out the register - counted the pennies six or seven times - but he ran out of fingers and toes - I left without ordering. He’s probably still counting the nickels now . . .
