Little Caesars Pizza

Horrible wait time, it was supposed to be ready in 15-20 min, took over one hour, could not cancel the order online, or over the phone, was waiting on the phone for over 40 min for someone to answer, they never did, app was never updated till the order was ready, picked it up, and made the mistake of not checking it there, the crazy bread was burnt and the pizza was super dry as of it had been sitting there for hours, makes no sense!

Recently moved to this side of town and I guess I’m use to the little Caesars where I use to go , yea they gotta up their pizza making skills. Not enough sauce on pizza and slightly burnt / toasted- or too long in the oven. The pizza is also thin the dough had not raised enough. Don’t get me wrong I love coming here but can yall please do better at making the pizza. I’m not bashing i’m giving constructive criticism.

Too many young kids working here, no sense of urgency, pizza is definitely not ready! Too much laughing, eating in the prepping area, playing around and lots of customers waiting

Hmm, I was on the go today and decided on the way home to stop at Little Caesars in Jacinto City. This is a not a restaurant, but a fast food service. The location was clean. However no designated wheelchair accessible parking or entrance. They don't even have chairs inside if you have to wait on a walk in order! (They used to have some chairs!!!) Ms. Maria, who took my order, was really welcoming and friendly! I ordered the 3 Meat Treat and the Cheese and Herb Crazy Bites. Maria told me it would take about 15 minutes. No problem there. I paid with card, but declined to put in a tip using it. If I tip, I do it in cash as a recognition or gift of appreciated service. Ms. Maria declined the cash tip!!! Usually it's not terrible but today it was. They never cut the pizza properly but this time they didn't even try. Kept ripping apart when trying to pull off a slice. Hardly any cheese on them. The thin crust was really burned.
