Little Caesars Pizza

I've had bad pizza from Little Caesars before and it was always at least edible but the pizza I was just given from this location is going straight into the trash. The dough is hard and dense and it looks like the pizza has been sitting for a while. (Hot and ready...) I asked if I could just grab a replacement next time I'm out that way as it's 20 minutes from my house and was informed that I would have to make a 40 minute round trip to refund or replace my $6 pizza as it's policy that I have to return it.

I've ordered many times in the past and seems as every time just gets worse and worse with the orders. Just like the last one they couldn't even cut my pizza.

They never have hot and ready pizza’s. Apparently they aren’t trained to have them available. So if you want pizza from this location, just order it. I thought about contacting corporate to let them know that hot and ready pizza’s do not exist at this location.

In my experience, their pizzas are always good, this location has good customer service and they’re always on time.

I do not like this location. This store NEVER HAS HOT AND READY pizza. I have gone here 8 times in a month and every time I have had to wait for my lunch combo hot and ready. They are making these to order it seems. I love the deal but I will not use this location. Marcos just on the corner across the street has a 6$ meal deal for a sub and pop I will go to for now on the place is not a great location for the HOT and Ready standard. You will get fresh pizza but the trade off you have to wait each time ... when I have a 15 min break and it takes 5 mins to get there and 5 to get back and I am told each time I have to wait 8-12 mins for a HOT AND READY!?!? that is the reason I will not go to this location. I will stay at the Secor and Alexis location by my home.
