The young man who handles a lot of the counter is great, professional and very kind/understanding. I wish I could give just him 5 stars. The manager is rude though, and if you get her, she’ll mess up your order and complain about having to correct it. It’s not even the first time I’ve seen her complain about having messed up orders, and despite calling and waiting for 15 minutes (she answered and hung up), I still had to wait another 3 minutes for her to come to the counter after getting there and the young man told her I was there. I’d honestly rather drive the extra 30 mins out my way than go here again just because of her customer service, it’s terrible.

For something that is supposed to be HotNReady I waited over 20 minutes for a simple Detroit Style Special. While 7 people got their order ahead of time me. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I went to this store to place an order on Thursday, and after I placed my order and paid, the blonde woman inside kicked me out, saying she wasn't fulfilling my order. The blonde woman told me, "I'm not making your order, you can leave if you want." They didn't care; they didn't have a manager.And the filth inside, the filth in the kitchen, I hope they get caught up in an inspection someday, or I'll try to complain.Disrespectful, ill-mannered people

I go here every once in awhile because it's affordable and it's easy to stop at. The place is clean. The staff is energetic and friendly. It's a small building and during big sporting events or anything like that the line can wind up pretty long. They always have someone standing there to pass out online orders though. So if you don't want to wait, just order online and you'll get a confirmation in your email and it will say exactly when it'll be ready. It's like a 10-minute window and you can just show up then. They technically have the hot and ready pizzas but they're not always there. I assume this is because it's difficult to predict demand in the area because there's not a lot of foot traffic so if you don't want to wait, I really would recommend ordering online.

We placed on online order for delivery, they outsourced it to DoorDash. The driver then cancelled our order, and neither the store or DoorDash will refund our money or give us our food. Absolutely garbage customer service. Order at your own risk, you may or may not get the food you paid for.
