Hot and Ready? Perhaps the slogan should be updated to ‘Hot and Ready… Eventually.’ I’ve been sitting at the window for over 10 minutes with zero acknowledgment from any staff. All I ordered was a simple pepperoni pizza and a Crazy Combo—hardly a tall order. Truly an impressive display of efficiency and customer service. Here are two photos of the lovely view you’ll be enjoying during your wait.

Ordered a Ultimate Supreme a week ago Saturday by phone. Requested that a new pie be made, as it's a phone order. Got there 15 minutes later and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Got home opened it and...It was an hours old pizza that was burnt. I called and they apologized but didn't offer to refund. Before had always has pretty good service there. The following Monday, stopp in for a fast and ready pepperoni... Waited for 18 minutes for it and it looked like someone's first attempt to make a pizza and failed. (Pic) Never be back, place now sucks.
So today the fantastic 4 pizza came out and I just so happened to be the first person to buy this pizza from the store in Fostoria. I have to say it is so much better than the normal hot and ready pizza is. The sauce is not so thick and absolutely perfect, the crust was delicious and the assortment of toppings was the best! Definitely a must try pizza And tonight the service was amazing! 10/10 rated today 6/16/25
