Little Caesars Pizza

We ordered 3 pizzas in advance. The Super Most Best-est pepperoni was fine. The very expensive Detroit Style was oddly topped with a ton of green pepper and almost no sauce (see pics). The Super Most Best-est Sausage was a massive disappointment. Virtually no sauce, and about half the usual amount of sausage - all lumped in the center. (see pics)

Well for starters I’ve never seen such and off cut of pizza. Is cutting pizza that difficult? Second I ordered half muchrooms and all pepperoni but got all mushrooms. Crestwood little Caesar’s is either amazing or off. Not sure why consistency varies here.

Have come here 6-7 times, and have never waited less than 15 minutes for a “hot and ready” pizza. 2 times we got pizzas that were completely burnt black. The staff are always very nice and apologetic, just feels like they’re completely surprised when someone orders a pizza lol.

I walked in to order on 9/30/2025 at 8pm a tall skinny guy in a hat walks up to the counter to take my order. He absolutely stunk of very potent weed . the smell about knocked me out!! he asked what I would like. I told him I wanna order 2 pizzas. I told him I wanted the pretzel crust pizza. the one with cheese sauce and pepperoni. he then says do you want pepperoni or just cheese on that??? I’m thinking wow I literally just said pepperoni!!! so I repeat myself and say PEPPERONI!!!once again I then ordered the new cheesy garlic cheese pizza. nothing added on just the way it’s advertised. I EVEN SHOWED HIM A PICTURE OF IT ON MY PHONE!!! it was like $16 for the 2 pizzas. so I paid and left the store to sit in my vehicle while they were baking. I definitely wasn’t gonna sit inside breath

Generally, this location is okay, it use to be great, but quality has gone way down. Employees are either not empowered or don't care when they do a poor job. Tonight, I ordered a pretzel crust pizza, I pointed out the crust was wrong, they insisted it was right and said "sorry", but no one tried to get a manager. I left, now eating the pizza, the crust is not right! They did at least sprinkle some of the salt on the pizza though. Not Happy! Update: A few messed up orders later, this location continues to get worse. Tonight my thin crust peperoni (with some rouge sausages) tasted like one of the ingredients was cleaning chemicals. So done with this location until I hear it is under new management (guaranteed that will have to happen soon).
