Little Caesars Pizza

The manager, especially Mia, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I placed a $40 DoorDash order and received a completely different order. She acknowledged that the mistake was theirs and told me to call back when I wanted it replaced. When I did, she refused to replace it, claiming too much time had passed—even though I had called numerous times over the previous weeks. During that conversation, she also admitted that the phone lines had been down and that they purposely take the phone off the hook so they don’t have to hear it ring. She then tried to justify the refusal by saying her former manager no longer works there, which has nothing to do with me as a customer. To make matters worse, she put the phone down thinking she had hung up and began using profanity, accusing me of trying

Got a pick up, bacon and pepp. When I got home after a 4 minute drive the pizza was a wet sopping grease ball, ate one slice and the crust was soaked. That night it made me horribly sick. I’m not expecting a 5 star pizza from little ceasers but this location they need to practice higher cleanliness standards.

Just picked up a pizza and it was crunchy and rock hard. Terrible. Service zero stars because they should of known that pizza was old. Crazy!

The Manger was absolutely amazing. He was in the store doing everything by himself and happy about it. He was very polite and informative to his customers, and we didn't mind waiting a little extra time. The food was terrific. Best experience ever at a Little Caesars Pizza.

The man working when we picked up our order was full of joy and kindness. He told us he made our pizzas were made with love, and it reflected in the quality. Best LC pizza I have ever had. Shoutout to the guy with long hair in the black ops hat.
