Little Caesars Pizza

Upon walking in it smelled so good. Employees were all working. An elderly lady was working in the front. She spoke quietly and was kind. There are pre-made pizzas in the oven. I was a lil disappointed my order wasnt fresh. It was dry and not cheesy. I did enjoy the crispy edges of the pizza.

I feel so bad for the few employees at this particular location. This is a very busy location and they are never staffed. Whoever owns this and allows these people to work under these conditions needs a wake up call . I placed an online order for pickup tonight at 4pm for a 7pm pickup . I knew I was in trouble when I pulled up and there was a line out the door. Three poor people trying to handle all of the angry customers who had ordered online and paid, and the wait was over an hour! When I got to the register I assumed my order would be ready for pick up and she said no we are on an hour wait. I showed her on my phone that I had ordered at 4 PM for a 7 PM pick up and she just said I’m sorry it will be an hour. Luckily, they were able to refund me with my order number. Who is making mon

Absolutely love Little Caesar’s Pizza! Always great quality with no surprises. Order online and you just go in and pick up your pizza out of the special warmer…plug in your number and your order is ready! Only negative is there are not many of them around! We are fortunate to live 4 miles from one. Lucky us! They have a great pizza half sticks and half pizza. The bacon stix are sooo good! There is a pizza for every budget!

Placed an online order at 615 pm for pick up at 715pm. Got there at 719pm to be told it wasn’t even in the oven yet and would be an additional 20 to 30 minutes. Went back in 30 minutes later. Still wasn’t even in the oven until 742 pm. 8 pm I was finally on my way with my pizza and bread sticks. The amount of waiting time is sickening but also when I’m standing in the waiting area watching employees complaining and not working, no wonder wait times are so bad. Very disappointed.

I ordered 2 fresh pizza's told them i will wait for fresh ones being that i have 35 minutes til my destination, he grabbed one from the heating unit so i reminded him i was waiting on 2 fresh ones.. he tells me it will be ten minutes. I then tell him AGAIN its no problem i have a ways to drive. I go to my car to wait..5mins later her brings me out 2 pizza's and low & behold its that same OLD one from the case smh.. I nicely take the OLD one back inside & these are the 2 fresh ones i ended up with👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 not to mention the one i brought bk inside the kid put BACK INSIDE the case🤦‍♀️ unfortunately i was running late or i would have had them remake the 2 sloppy ones they game me! Not the 1st time having issues here with presentation & cleanliness so i definitely WON'T Be Returning! #3strikes
