Little Caesars Pizza

First off…called order in to save time. The person they answered barely spoke English. Had to ask more than once to repeat what she said. Got there for pick up and order was all wrong. Had to wait for them to recook my order. This defeated the purpose of ordering and being able to continue with our plans that were in the fly! Being from Detroit and now transplanted to VA. This is one of our favorites but if you want a true Detroit Style Deep Dish….Jackleg Pizza in Vint Hill will knock your socks off!!

Today my boyfriend found a long hair cooked into the pizza, it was under all the toppings and sauce. It was a light colored hair and neither one of us had light hair and this wasn’t the first time either.

My friends and I ordered two pizzas online, a cheese pizza and a thin crust pepperoni. We received two boxes, one had the cheese pizza. The other box had a 3 day old mess of half eaten pizza. This is completely unacceptable and should never have even been possible. I expect a Little Caesars restaurant to dispose of old food at least every night. I do not understand how it was possible to receive food that was multiple days old. We will not be ordering delivery from this location again, and we will be filing a complaint with owner.

Online deals are better than in store options. No military discount offered either.

Love the pizza..but the cashier wasn't wearing a mask and on the door states Must wear a face mask to enter! Even on the counter shows the sign.
