Little Caesars Pizza

Was passing through stopped in to grab a hot and fresh pie for the drive. It was neither hot or fresh. Pretty disappointing as soon I jumped back on the interstate and opened the box I realized this pie was in the warming over for some time.

Always a fair priced/pretty good choice (food wise) but the service is trash. Every time we go in, we have a Shelli Stanford give us our food (we pay ahead of time via app) This lady is so danm rude. She barely says anything-No “hi” “hello” “Welcome to Little Caesars” anything, then will just mope around (clearly inconvenienced by customers) then will often mess up the order regardless. This evening she was so rude, then proceeded to drop our food on the bottom of the warmer (upside down) and she still shorted us on a food item.

Pizza was undercooked. They forgot one of the toppings we asked for. We asked for extra marinara sauce, and we were given none. We didn't realize the sauce was missing until we got to our destination. Store cleanliness left something to be desired. The air vents needed to be cleaned. Customer service was just OK.

Did not even make it all the way inside before being told “you need to turn around and go pro right” cannot believe the disrespect: we are not from Miles City and did not know the parking arrangement as there is also snow and ice in the parking lot.

Quick service, ready to go pizza. I just wish they kept those cheezy bread or crazy puffs hot and ready.
