Little Caesar’s

I have ordered delivery from this place 3 times over a 2 yr period. Pizzas at these franchises like LC, Pizza HutT, etc are so much more expensive than authentic pizzerias and I find it baffling. I have asked repeatedly for boxes to be taped w the safety seal and they never do it per my notes. No one answers the phone and really a safety seal should have been a given before covid but definitely should be a standard now. I asked for crazy crust both times. The first time the pizza was overcooked and in addition, I did have the the runs. Not sure if it was from my custom pizza or the cheesesteak pizza we also ordered. The 2nd time I also asked for a crazy crust and definitely did not receive that. This is their regular crust. If you are a crust lover, and like it a little thicker, you'll be

NEVER NEVER NEVER!!! I paid $35 and got the same pizza twice, mind you I ordered two different kind!!! lol I willll NEVER order from that place again. TERRIBLE JUST THEEE WORST!! This is why I only do REAL PIZZA shops! Def learned my lesson!

The only reason this is receiving a 2 star overall is for the time that is being promoted for on the store and map closing time does is not the same upon arrival. Two times arriving near closing time, the employees are closing 10 to possibly 30 minutes before 4:00am. Going home hungry is not cool

Honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I placed a delivery order and waited over 3 hours with no update. When I called to ask if they could just cancel it — since I had evening plans and couldn’t keep waiting — the employee got rude and confrontational, then hung up on me. I tried calling back multiple times, and they just ignored my calls. No customer should be treated like that — and no employee should act that way at work. Their job is to resolve problems, not create them. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with that kind of attitude when all I wanted was either my order or a simple cancellation. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I’d strongly recommend others think twice before doing so.

I'm so disappointed with this. First, they made my order wrong and then charged me extra. I asked them to make me fresh food, but they gave me old ones. I called them before I came to pick it up. Then the manager told me that I had to inform them before ordering. The pizza they made had a dry crust, and the Crazy Puffs were soggy. The food didn't taste good. There were cookie crumbs and pizza sauce all over the floor. I just wasted my money on that food. Won't be ordering from here again.
