Great place. the pork shank was very tender and amazing. And the history behind the restaurant added to the atmosphere. I hope to be back again. Summer is an amazing server and i highly recommend her!

Food and history is a great combo. Make the reservation! Bullet holes and pork shank a man’s paradise. Lisa our waitress was attentive and great for our group.

Fantastic food and service. Especially on valentine's day evening when it was busy. Still can see the bullet holes from the fbi raid!

Don't rush your visit. Stop and take a look at the lake behind the lodge. Set aside the Dillinger saga and think about the memories that have been created here enjoying a meal or drink. Then grab an order of cheese curds and eat them before others realize they are gone. The best!

We had dinner..Filet was fairly warm. Shrimp was good and so were the red mashed potatoes. Service was fair. After we were seated, it took awhile for our server to actually come to our table. Relish tray (not pictured) was disappointing. It was a small dish of pasta salad and a scoop of dirty martini dip.
