Lisa's Pizzeria

Of the 4 items I got. Buffalo Chicken pizza. Polynesian Pizza. Cheese sticks. Fried Mushrooms. I rate a 37/40. Descriptions on menu could be more detailed. The sauce on the Polynesian was lacking. Other than that everything else was over the top. It was supper rush so I didn't deduct for having to wait. Restaurant is tiny so keep that in mind. I would come back again.

Such a classic in the OBX for my wife and I. We first ate here in 2009 when we first met while working at the KOA just down the road as Summershiners. Not only did we fall in love with the area but Lisa's became one of our favorites back then. We recently got to take our son and my my mom out to Rodanthe and stopped by and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was still as good as ever. The food was great, service was great and atmosphere was your good ole typical beach style surf pizza joint, just like it should be. Highly recommend! Our only disappointment was they no longer had the broccoli bites they once served but our mozzarella sticks, salad and pizza were all top notch! Be sure to stop by!

We ordered a Polynesian pizza and 2 others for take out and it was delicious. The crust was so good that I actually ate most of it, and I rarely ever do that! The kids ate pepperoni and the dogs were delighted to get a nice treat of crust that the kids didn't eat. Highly recommended!

After several years of visiting the area and living across the road from Lisa's pizzeria, the family and I decided it was time to try out a pie from here. We got three small pizzas: the Polynesian, the margherita, and Lisa's supreme. For 6 people and a toddler three small pizzas (and a supplemental home made salad) was the exact perfect amount of food. Although more pricey than the chain stores, the quality you get is well worth it. Excellent crust and premium toppings. 10/10 highly recommend Lisa for your pizza needs.

We went here on a whim on a Friday night in early Oct. Staying in SNH, we usually head north for food, but decided to head to Rodanthe instead. Lisa’s is a gem. The servers are really nice and attentive. I had eggplant parm and hubby had chicken parm. Both were cut into smaller pieces then topped with cheese, which made it very easy to eat. The eggplant and chicken were still crunchy. Portions were great! We will definitely return to try the pizza. Lisa’s is a gem and a great place to come for an easy delicious dinner w a group or just a couple.
