Lisa's Buffalo Grille

I ordered delivery from this establishment last night. The food is always good, and its right around the corner from my house, but these guys are straight up stingy with the sauces. We ask for extra blue cheese and get 2 cups for 24 wings. Ask for ranch for the boneless wings, get nothing. Avocado egg roles didn't come with a dip either and im pretty sure thats included. I would like to point out that 1. I am willing to pay extra for extra sauce 2. This is not the first or third time this has been an issue. 3. Not having the right condiments for the meal lessens the experience for me and for my family. There are plenty of places I can order from to get the same or better, but I would prefer to support our local businesses. If you, the owner, is reading this. I want to support you. I

My family and I have been getting takeout from here for years now and the food was always very good. I feel like since this place was taken over by a new owner the food is not as good as it used to be. Today I got a Turkey burger with sweet potato fries and honey BBQ wings. The sweet potatoes fries were cold and soggy, the wings didn't taste good as the sauce had a weird taste to it. The last time I ordered from here I got a Broadway burger with cheese and a turkey burger with a baked potato, when I got home there was no cheese on the Broadway burger and cheese on the turkey burger, also the baked potato was so overcooked. Not sure why this place has gone downhill so badly. If the food is going to continue to be this bad I won't consider ordering from here anymore.

Used to go here in HS when the food was actually good, that was when it was owned by Lisa. I went last night and I was very disappointed. The service was underwhelming and the staff had no idea what they were doing. They left our appetizer plates on the table as we ate our meal and the two women working the front came over to us individual to tell us the same thing twice. There is no leadership at this restaurant. As for the food, it got worse...the only thing that was actually tasty was the wings and the fries. We got a philly cheesesteak and a BLT. The cheesesteak was soggy, meat was rubbery and the melted cheese was no longer melted by the time it got to the table (please look at the picture). The BLT was mediocre, the bacon was green and burnt and the mayo that was "on the side" cause

Poor quality boneless wings. It was underprepared. Me and my wife had horrible upset stomachs for a few days. I'm very disappointed. The food used to be great years ago when Lisa owned it.

I got a Cobb salad with fried chicken on it and avocado egg rolls ….everything was delicious. The salad was a big portion too.
