Came here loyally for years until we showed up to buy crabs, no one spoke English and on top of that the crabs were extremely light (whities). We had bought a bushel and the number of crabs wasn’t right either. It wasn’t even close to a bushel. Super short. Don’t steal from people, you lost future money.

Such a hidden gem on the Eastern Shore! They are located about 15 mins off Route 50 in Cambridge. We drive from Baltimore frequently to purchase fresh picked crab meat. Bring a cooler and they will pack it with crab meat and add ice. They have the best crab meat in the state!!!! Prices are very reasonable and they often have sales. I purchased soft shell crabs this visit and I’m excited to try them! If you are in the area or love local, fresh seafood, this is the place!!!

This was the first time we went to Lightseys and I would definitely recommend it. It’s a little gem. We sat down we talked with other people around us. Some people were new other ones were regulars. I ordered the bacon burger, which was very very good. My husband ordered the frogs legs and the catfish, and both were very delicious to die for the neighbors to the left of us. They ordered the fried green tomatoes and they ordered the mix platter That had a sample of all different items besides the peach cobbler they had with the ice cream and the cobbler was nice and hot. I saw that they ate there is only one waitress there that day and I’m telling you she ran around very very pleasant very personable with all her customers , hands-down she gets waitress of the year award even if you had a l

We ordered a dozen female crabs steamed with light seasonings. The crabs had lots of eggs and the meat was very sweet. The location doesn't provide any eating location on site. It is more a seafood market for take outs. We found a park with picnic tables 18 minutes away in Cambridge marina. It worked out nicely.

We got a half bushel of steamed crabs to enjoy at our vacation rental and they were amazing. Large, sweet, not overly seasoned. Prices are way more affordable than back home in Annapolis! Thank you Aubrey Vincent for quality seafood. We will surely be back.
