Lincoln City Donuts and Coffee

I heard this new donut shop had opened recently and wanted to try it out. I'm a local but originally from NYC so I have definitely had donuts before. I walk in about 815 and the place has such a cool vibe to it, totally unlike any donut shop I've ever been in. The shelves were empty. I was totally surprised. Phill the owner told me he normally sells out by this time. He told me the donuts were different than regular donuts in that they were chewy and made with Italian flour. Phill did happen to have a few donuts left so I asked for the last orange glazed donut, the last blueberry glazed donut and the last strawberry glazed donut. Then I added a handful of the last donut holes. I was about to pay for my order and Phill waved my credit card away, saying since he was practically out of donuts

You could tell he has a passion for Rock music, family, friends and donuts. My son and I had a great session with him as we raved about the donuts and vibed. Rock on! So grab a dozen, do your best air guitar and have a laugh!!

We tried to get into here for days while we were staying in Lincoln City and they were continuously sold out. We finally managed to get there early and grab a dozen and we're so glad we did. The donuts had a very pleasant chewy texture and the flavor was fantastic. Everyone really enjoyed the variety, I really liked the boysenberry jelly filled, my wife was split between the maple and s'mores and the kids didn't really have much of an opinion as they housed the rest of them pretty rapidly.

Best donuts on the coast. Everything is made in house including the owner roasting his own coffee. It’s evident that the highest quality ingredients are being used. Truly a hidden gem. Update: went here again this weekend and these are not the best donuts on the coast. These are the best donuts in the state, possibly the PNW. Every bite has a depth of flavor that just blows your mind. They sell out fairly quickly so get there early.
