Lily House Chinese Restaurant

Got the half chicken ($8) with a side of fried rice ($2.35). The portion size was really good and the food was hot with a wait time of maybe 7 mins. Taste was okay. Chicken was very crunchy but a little too salty for my taste and a little bland and dry in the inside. I would suggest eating the fried rice with some type of sauce for more flavor. Overall, the food is very affordable and good for when you need some warm chinese. Place is mostly pick up but there is seating.

My first time trying, sorry I ate most of the food before taking the picture, I wasn’t expecting it to be so good. My new go to Chinese restaurant. I live in Belleville but will be taking the trip to Kearny. I eat Chinese more than anything, this place is definitely up there in rankings. I only had this one dish so far. I Forgot to mention the egg roll was the freshest egg roll I ever had from a regular Chinese joint, not greasy at all, crispy and fresh veggies inside.

Tried the local Chinese spots before doing a review. They definitely have the best food in the area. Taste, portion size & prices all better than any other in the area. Service is quick & courteous. Definitely recommend as a must have.

Do not trust that online ordering app!! places an order online for the ribs with pork fried rice combo tgey charged me for it and it showed in the review of order but they didn't send it and when I called they said it was just the ribs that were ordered. They did not try to rectify the situation and in the end I over paid for the ribs. I will never order from them again! Bad buisness and no customer service

HORRIBLE !!! 👎🏽 The pork has more fat on it than meat, and it taste like GARBAGE. My lomein has a terrible aftertaste, and a very questionable smell. The chicken is also too dry. The egg roll looks good from the outside, but the inside looks greasy, and the cabbage in it tasted old. MY ENTIRE ORDER IS GOING IN THE TRASH. THIS FOOD IS NOT EDIBLE. I paid over 20 dollars for the food, and left the driver a nice tip. I will be calling back for a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE. SERIOUSLY
