Got the fried mushrooms as an appetizer, then the jumbo shrimp, crawfish, and a dozen raw oysters. Seriously some of the freshest and best seasoned seafood I’ve had. Would recommend to anyone
All of the food was excellent. Gumbo has a tomato base rather than a roux, but was still delicious. Bread was a little chewy was really the only negative.
3 strikes and you are out. First time dining here: employees were fighting with each other in the dining room over someone coming in early and taking tables, this carried on for our entire dining “experience”. Over in an area called Long Beach, near Gulfport. Great place if you do not want to go to the touristy food establishments. It's small and quaint and friendly. The staff were very nice and friendly.
Really delicious food and very good service. Super reasonable price. My daughter had the royal reds and THEY WERE HUGE. My wife had the Mahi. I had a cheese burger. All were well prepared.
