Customer Reviews
This place is a hidden gem, very good sushi and wonderful Miso. The girl at the counter was very attentive, super helpful outgoing. Great experience.
Convenient location. Nice inside and out with plenty of parking. The staff is very nice! The food is great! I like the Coke products. I have eaten there many times this year and will be back soon. It can get busy but that is good and they handle that well. My only suggestions would be for the salad add tomato and maybe cucumber to it I like the "ginger dressing" offered but it is not as good as the ginger dressing that most Japanese places have and seems more like a sauce than a salad dressing. I like your white sauce but wish you offered the reddish ginger sauce that most Japanese places have. Adding the traditional ginger dressing and sauce and salad tomato and cucumber would make everything perfect for me. Keep the great work and yummy food and friendly service going!
I stopped in on a whim....I am SO HAPPY I did. The Crab Rangoon, pan fried dumpling and white tuna sushi were great- being from New England, being in NC has not come close to the Japanese/Asian food I have been accustomed to. Lookong forward to hibachi on my next visit. The young girl at the counter was very sweet and actually asked sincerely if I was having a good day . Love that.
*Update* - I am writing this update in response to the owner’s comment. First, learn rudimentary manners and courtesy. You have received numerous complaints regarding your lack of common courtesy to your customers, yet continue to address them in an abrasive manner. Unsure if this is your first business, but you should understand customer service is a big part of it. Second, you don’t decide my portion (not to mention thinking 6 additional shrimp somehow makes a meal large is nonsense). You did not charge me the lunch price. You also should not have the item listed as including 12 shrimp when it does not (or stipulate only 6 shrimp are included when item is ordered for lunch instead of dinner). Perhaps you should take some time away from the business to go back and get the basics down, the
Told cashier to substitute noodles for the rice my plate come to the table with rice on it and they wanted me to pay extra for my noodles. Very snappy. and now the owner wants to get up here and say I didn’t ask for the noodles which I did. She was not standing there when I asked for him so she don’t know. The young lady upfront was new and she don’t listen and I should’ve known better what the health department score like that
