Light on the Sugar in Winter Park is a great stop if you’re looking for a sweet treat without a huge menu to sort through. They offer a small selection of gluten-free cookies; each one tastes thoughtfully made, fresh, and genuinely delicious. The flavors are well-balanced; sweet, but not overwhelming; and the texture is exactly what you want in a cookie. If you need gluten-free options and prefer quality over quantity, this place is worth a visit.

Stopped by this bakery and tried their Dubai chocolate style puff pastry ($5). The pastry was covered in chocolate and topped with pistachios, with a pistachio cream filling inside. At first, I thought it might be too sweet, but I was wrong. The cream filling had a smooth, soft texture and tasted amazing. On the side, I ordered the matcha milk tea ($5.50). The sweetness was spot on, but it was a little too milky for my taste, so I would give it a 4/5.
