Liberty's Food and Fish Fry

Tonight I stumbled upon this lovely place with my family and we decided to give it a try. That turned out to be an excellent choice. We received a wonderful, warm greeting from the staff, fast and friendly service, and delicious food. Their menu is a great mix of seafood and other items. Tonight we tried the fried clams, fried shrimp, and chicken bacon ranch wrap all of which were prepared fresh and tasted wonderful. This was an extremely reasonably priced dinner too! If you’re looking for friendly, fresh, and delicious this is your place! I urge you to support your local business and I cannot wait to go back! To top it all off, they welcomed our dog with open arms in their outdoor dining area!

Fish sandwich french fries also includes one extra side....I I had mac and cheese it was good the french fries were excellent they are hand cut fresh everyday.... Fish with breaded haddock it was good mac and cheese also good all that $13.25.... mostly a takeout place very small inside 3 small round tables able to sit two people per table....

The best thing I've had here is the Philly cheese steak sub. The best day I had it was on a Friday. Today I got the loaded fries for half off they were supposed to have jalapenos on them but they had banana peppers instead. They are home cut fries which are good there was a lot of cheese which was good. Very tiny amount of bacon like almost none. I mean they were ok and I ate them. I like it here but it's sometimes hit or miss.

8/1/25 We ordered 2 fish sandwich’s and a fish dinner. The fries were not cooked correctly and were soggy with oil. The fish was overcooked. The coleslaw was good and the Mac and cheese was average. I was disappointed in the meals we received. One person in my party had stomach issues that night. I probably would not automatically give fries as a side and another side. Just let them choose a side one side and work with whoever is cooking the fries to do them correctly. I do have to say the people working the counter were lovely.

Ah I don’t like writing low reviews but I was super disappointed with my meal here. Was expecting much better from the reviews that I read. The fish was incredibly over cooked, the fries were cold when we got them and dripping with oil. Half of our party didn’t finish their meals. Then out of our party, 3 of us had bad stomach reactions afterwards. We sat on the back porch and the dumpsters had not been emptied so we had to smell those during the whole meal. We tried moving around the patio but couldn’t get away from the smell. Staff was fine and our meals came out in a timely manner but we will not be coming back. Sorry for the 1-star but that’s my honest review.
