This is a B2B review. Liberty Fish has been a vendor at our market and we couldn't be happier. This market manager has purchased several products and all have been freash, tender, and taste incredible! My favorite is the swordfish. One big swordfish steak can feed me and my husband. It is truly restaurant quality, and I am a chef. I know restaurant quality. The scallops are also fantastic. Several of our volunteers get them and we all rave about them.
You got a fish fry cookout to do..fish buy the case here...tell the guy pick out a nice one...I buy the Whitting
