Liberty Bagel Terrible experience from start to finish. The older man who works the register, who I later found out is the owner, was extremely rude and mean for no reason. There was zero customer service or basic respect. They made my order wrong, and when I politely told him the order was incorrect, instead of fixing their mistake, he tried to make me pay for a whole new order. That alone was unacceptable. When I finally received the food, it was completely overcooked and tasted horrible. On top of that, the female cook had a serious attitude while preparing my food. After the issue at the register, it honestly felt like my food was intentionally overcooked. I had to ask for it to be remade, which should never be an issue when the kitchen is clearly at fault. Excellent food and the owners and workers are so nice. The quality is consistent with the previous ownership. I’ve never had a better breakfast platter.

Got a order online. All the food was over cooked by a long run and was just tossed in the bag. Owner took no accountability for over cooked steak and bagel overly toasted. Home fries where thrown in the bag. Honestly worse experience I had here to date. They really need to work on customer service and attention to orders. Food was ruined and inedible

The younger guy, seemingly the owner, decided he wanted to argue over $1 for butter on my bagel. I was getting ready to pay it but he had to mansplain how I “ordered wrong” on the app.

The store was crowded with people, and the strong smell of burnt oil was off-putting enough that I decided not to order any food. The cream cheese hills behind the fridge window appeared old and unappetizing. I ended up ordering a plain bagel, which seemed to surprise the staff. Unfortunately, the bagel was stale and tough, and they didn’t offer to warm it up. Even after eating just the plain bagel, I felt unwell.
