One of my favorite places in the area for Peruvian Roast Chicken ( Pollito a la Braza) always fresh food and authentic Peruvian Flavors , Irwin is one of the best servers , amazing friendly service !

Brayan very good server... The steaks were delicious!! The Sancocho was very good 😊... The chicken wings were scrumptious!

I had such a delicious experience at Leña y Carbón in Passaic! We ordered the pollo a la brasa with French fries, salad, and chicha morada — and everything was absolutely amazing. 💕 The chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy inside, and crispy on the outside — full of flavor in every bite. The fries were fresh and crispy, the salad was fresh and well prepared, and the chicha morada was refreshing and tasted just like homemade. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was friendly and attentive. You can really taste the quality and authenticity in their food. If you’re craving authentic Latin flavor, this is definitely the place to go in Passaic. We’ll absolutely be coming back! 💛🔥

I’ve been coming to Leña & Carbon since forever. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff is really friendly. My favorite host is Lily, she is super nice and takes care of me every time I come in. Besides the food Is delicious And the menu has a lot of variety for both kids and adult adults. Don’t forget to try out their sour Maracuya. 🍹🍽️💗🍗
