Great meal at Lewnes' and a wonderful spot for a special occasion. They have multiple rooms. Highly recommend the crab meat add on to the steak. It was fantastic. Drinks were great too. Really enjoyed the blackberry cocktail. They don't have a kids menu but they can make chicken fingers and fries.

Chose Lewnes' for my one steak-a-year. The atmosphere was old school elegant without being stuffy. The service was excellent without feeling solicitous. The food was perfect callback to basics, if a tiny bit undersalted. The Manhattan was among the best I've had. The single glass of wine was a bit gritty with sentiment. Truly close to a perfect old school meal.

One of our all-time Annapolis faves and on the best steakhouses we've been to! We went for a special Valentine's Day dinner and as usual had amazing food, stellar service in a quiet and romantic atmosphere.

The bread was simple, fluffy and a large portion, and it had an onion flavor. I had the Chilean Sean bass, it was delicate, tender and phenomenal also kept very simple. My husband has the sirloin Philadelphia style and he said it was the best steak he's had in years. We also had several sides, the sauteed spinach was spectacular. Sauteed to perfection and paired well with the sea bass. Then we had carrot cake and key lime pie. The pie was very tart making my husband a fan girl so to speak. Lol. And the carrot cake was spice forward making it stand out comparatively to other places we've been recently. A toast to Lewnes, they have us as patrons as long as they are around! Thank you so much!

The only saving grace for this restaurant is the excellent service and ambiance. It’s unfortunate the food is utterly garbage. Literally the best thing I got here was the side of potatoes. The ribeye I received was chewy and had no flavor. I asked for medium rare and it was definitely blue. My friend had the NY strip and received a similar experience. The only decent steak was the filet which they kindly swapped with the NY strip. Who knew when going to a steakhouse you had to be careful on which steak to order! TLDR; Great service and ambiance, trash food. If you’re ordering steak I hope you like filets because all the other ones are hot garbage
