Is very delicious n meat has good texture n great taste. Is a must try. I ate brisket, Mac n cheese,potato salad,stuffed baked potato,n breakfast taco n Randy gives you portions of meat worth your money. Ive been to locals n have been skimpy on portions..U wont be disappointed. The meat is pull apart juicy n tender. Ive bought slab of ribs,brisket
