Lenny's House of Pizza

I’m out of town for work, and as usual, I follow my tried-and-true routine: 1) Check into the hotel. 2) Google “food near me.” 3) No matter what looks good, order pizza. This order was flawless from start to finish. Ordering online was a breeze, making it perfect for business expenses. The pizza arrived super quickly, and here’s the best part: the delivery driver actually read the delivery notes! I requested salt and pepper, and not only did they include it in the box, but the driver even grabbed me a handful from the lobby, just in case! The marinara, pizza sauce is an excellent tomato soup, not a great sauce. Fries were ok, no seasoning. Cheeseburger Sub undercooked no seasoning. Mozzarella sticks, a clever fake home made look a like from a frozen bag. Every chance everyone had, on the phones…

Visited Lenny’s for the first time and the pizza was ok. It reminded me of the pizza made at the Santa’s Barn in Land of Make Believe. The sauce is ok as well as the cheese and has a thin crispy crust. Not much flavor.

7-6-25 Revising my previous review and let you know they charge $6 delivery fee, which does not get paid to the delivery person using their own vehicle. Delivery person said he only gets paid from tips. So Lennys is pocketing a $6 fee unnecessarily. Their food is very good. Will share pics of recent food & receipt. Photos of food were from my previous post. They are not allowing me to post recent food & receipt showing 'delivery fee of $6' Not a fair business practice In my opinion. I will no longer get food delivered from them, only what I will pick up.

Been a customer of Lenny’s for years. Ordered a salad this past Tuesday that contained spoiled cucumbers - called the restaurant immediately and they said others were complaining about the cucumbers as well (why would you keep serving them? that’s a whole other issue). Was not offered a refund or anything and was just told thanks for letting them know. Called back today requesting a refund and was given an attitude and was told I should have asked for it on Tuesday. I waited to ask as I wanted to speak to the owner about the situation, I guess the same person ‘Jerry’ is the owner. He said he’d give me a discount off a future order. I literally had to spit my food out and throw it away on Tuesday, the least they could do is offer a refund. Nothing but attitude and greed. Never going back th
