This spot was fantastic. I was afraid at first because nobody was in the store but as soon as the food came out I was able to see how fresh everything was. VERY great value for what they charge. The staff was super friendly. I really hate that this place was empty because it is more than worth it. I will in fact be coming here EVERY day

The staff were so friendly and welcoming! I was one of those customers asking several questions on the food and they were helpful and patient. The passion fruit drink was amazing!

This place is awesome! Food made with love, the most important ingredient. I’ve had takeout a few times now and loved every bite. The first time I was sick and needed soup it was perfect and huge! The sopa de pollo has a whole chicken quarter in it and comes with rice and tortillas. The prices are fabulous and everything is made from scratch. Next time I’m going to eat there and try the whole fried tilapia.

I lived in this area for 4 years, and have gone by this place countless times without ever going in. This morning I skipped breakfast and decided it might be a good time to go in and see what they were all about. I can honestly say that the only disappointment I had was that I hadn't gone in sooner. This food was amazing! I got the fried chicken and plantains - sorry, I don't speak Spanish and I forgot what it's called on their menu. What I can tell you is that the chicken was fresh and came out piping hot. It pulled right off the bone, and was literally one of the best fried chickens I've ever had. And the plantains with the sauce they gave me - wow! If you're like me and live in the neighborhood, but avoid it because of the stigma, stop! Go in, I promise you will not be disappointed. I
