Easily one of the greatest dining experiences of my entire life. I’m actually sad that I wasted so much of my life not knowing this place existed. Lee’s is a time capsule gem that transports you to another era of exotic sights, sounds, tropical drinks, and one of the finest Pu Pu Platters you’ll ever encounter. THEIR SHRIMP TOAST IS INSANELY #delishYES!!! There is literally never a dull moment inside this place. May this island last a zillion years!!
Fun tiki themed dining experience. Place has been around over 50 years and it feels perfectly nostalgic. Pu pu platter was a hit. Great for a group. Karaoke was uniquely classy - think Sinatra, that kind of music - which added to the experience.
Very traditional Polynesian/oriental food. There are very few sit down Chinese restaurants anymore and this was a throwback to my youth. From the fun kitchen decor to the phenomenal pu pu platter and flaming drinks. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves immensely.
First! Lee's Hawaii is the only Polynesian police left around these parts... So it is a one and only type of experience... As some, in my age bracket might remember similar restaurants, that their folks brought them to on special occasions or the like. This place has all the nostalgia, of course you have to get the poo poo platter, and the fried noodles, duck sauce and hot mustard. They are absolute staples, along with a Mai Tai or a Zombie in a tiki glass. The service is fast and Kurt, don't get mad, it adds to the charm, and the food is similar, fast and mediocre, but that's not why you go. You go for the vibe and the drinks, that will kick you ass! It's a lot of fun with the right person! I love fine dining, and this isn't it, but it's amazing in its own right!
The PU PU Platter was great! The atmosphere was so great and nostalgic. I love this place. Everyone should try it and the karaoke on the weekends is a blast. Bring a huge group, they won’t stop talking about it.
