Lee's Freshest Fish is a food truck that splits time serving in Little Rock and Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Lee's was in Little Rock and arrived at opening time to five vehicles already in line to order. My first order from Lee's was around 2020, and I've been rocking with him ever since. I remember buying the buffalo ribs, "Big Bone Buffalo," while on my way to a nearby golf course. Once I parked at the course and took the first bite, I knew what I had to do. After my round, I doubled back and ordered two more orders of buffalo ribs. I took one to my parents and enjoyed a second one for myself 😋 Jasper is the owner, and he catches the fish, cleans the fish, preps the fish, and fries the fish. Lee’s Fresh Food Truck is always on point. The food is fresh, the portions are generous, and everything is packed with flavor. The Buffalo ribs were really well-seasoned and cooked just right. The service was super friendly and fast, which makes the experience even better. We’ve already been back a few times and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend checking them out!

Great service and food, I'm from South Carolina. THE (864)...but I've been living in Little Rock for 8 years. It's the best fish in the state. The portions are on point, even the lamb chops are excellent.
