A strong harmony of flavors, this place delivers. From the first bite, the Force was clearly with the kitchen. Everything we tried was delicious, but two standouts rose above the rest. The California Roll? According to my daughter, the best she has ever had—and I find no reason to challenge that judgment. The Beef Teriyaki and bonless spare ribs (aka - wolf meat) were equally impressive: tender, flavorful, and balanced just right. The Marlborough Roll brought bold, satisfying layers, and the Crab Rangoons were crisp, rich, and hard to stop reaching for. That said, honest the Jedi must be. While the food was outstanding, the dining room itself was frigid where we were seated. I would estimate the temperature to be somewhere in the low-to-mid 60s. We weren’t alone—several diners nearby wer
Food was delicious. Servers were attentive. Booth seating and table seating available. We sat at a round table which was very spacious for our party of four. It was in a smaller room divided from the larger seating area, which had a few other small tables in it. It provided a cozier space, and it wasn’t noisy/loud so we could have a conversation comfortably. Overall, a lovely dining experience. Would return in a heartbeat!
Very interesting restaurant and not at all what we expected but we were still pleasantly satisfied! This is the family home. We parked in the lot off the road to the left of the building and entered through the front porch door. We were the only guests there at lunchtime which felt a bit odd but we wanted to see for ourselves. I thought it was the wrong door because it led to a room and hallway that looked like someone's living quarters. We were greeted by a friendly hostess. I asked if we came in the wrong door and she said either way is fine. So, come to find out, there is a back lot and back entrance that comes into one of the main dining areas. The atmosphere could use some work - could be a bit cleaner, brighter, with some general upgrades. BUT, THE SUSHI WAS FABULOUS! 🍣 It was my hus
The food was good, but not spectacular. The service was acceptable, if not steller. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, very informal, more like a big family dinner than a restaurant. While I'm not doing back flips over the experience, I will certainly eat here again.
