We had a party of 9, four checks. Place was dead slow and our waitress was horrible. Could not keep track of what was on each ticket, we had two plates that were not delivered until all others were done eating and that was afterwards inquired on them twice! Got the tickets mixed again when it was time to leave. Asked for to go boxes for three plates, a pizza and the two late delivery plates. Never did get them, asked again,nothing. Went to storefront ang got them ourselves. She never looked up. The real issue was atrocious service and we had to pay the mandated tip because we were a large party. Had they been busy might have been a bit more tolerant but the place was basically empty. Management you need to do better! If your staff is not competent, or comfortable, working the

Requested a well done sausage, pepperoni and mushroom pizza. We even questioned the person helping us because it didn't look cooked any more than a regular pizza. It was not well done and the bottom had too much flour. I've included photos of our pizzas for comparison. I truly love ledo pizza but don't get it much because it's just not what it was growing up.

This Lusby ledos is the worst! Ordered a pre cooked bacon pizza and sent my daughter to get it and she came home with a cheese pizza that didn't look great. I called them and they acted like no big deal and they were more concerned about getting their cheese pizza back first. Had to send my daughter all the way back. They also wanted to use the pizza we got and throw bacon on it. No, I don't think so! I paid for a fresh precooked bacon pizza and thats what I should get. Not a cold one with bacon thrown on top. Absolutely ridiculous!! This is the last time we go here. It's always something with this location and I am done. Great location, pleanty of parking for easy in/out access. Food is always on par, large menu with plenty to choose from. Staff are super polite and courteous. Kitchen wait times is the reason for 4-stars....A Saturday night can be difficult for any restaurant... we will return!

We eat take-out steak & cheese subs and gyros and delicious pizza from this Ledo Pizza Restaurant at least twice a month. Our food selections are always perfectly done. The staff is very efficient and friendly. I always order online, and frequently they see me walking up to the store, recognize me, and hand me our order as soon as I come in the door. Everything is always exactly as we requested. We could not be happier with their excellent service. They are definitely our must-go-to place in Lusby Maryland for dependably great food. BTW, their French fries are also wonderful, but not part of our diet. We turn the subs into toppings for HUGE salads and throw all of the bread and crust to the birds, so they also Love Ledo.
