Leatherby's Family Creamery, Orem

Love!! Got the brownie sundae and it was great. Also love the fries with ranch. My friend ate the loaded fries and a float all by herself and it was crazy. Here are some before and after pics

I have been to this Leatherby's at least a dozen times over the past couple of years, and have never once had a problem! The feel of the restaurant itself is super cozy, and the environment is always very clean and free of any messes. The food and ice cream are super fairly priced for what you get, and they are both nothing short of delicious! Even during the busier times of the day, the time it takes for our sever to get our food out to us is very reasonable, and I don't believe we've ever been brought a wrong order. The most noticeable aspect of this Leatherby's though, is the service. The employees here don't just do the bare minimum of showing up and taking our orders/bringing our food. They do so with a smile on their face, and are always very friendly, personable, and polite. I feel

The food was ok, not amazing. The French fries were very average. The ice cream was very good. The desert portions are large and definitely shareable.

We came on a Friday night at 8 and had to wait about 10 minutes. The ice cream here is really good and creamy. They give you big portions of ice cream and the sundaes here are amazing. We love the peanut butter sundae and the cookie sundae. The service is good. We had our sundaes about 15 minutes after we ordered.
