Even though there is a barcode to track your Macros, I never have to worry about inappropriate weight gain if I stick with a Lean Kitchen meal two out of three meals a day. My energy is great. If you’re looking for healthy convenience in Anderson, SC this is it. The meals are delicious, never frozen, quality food. The owners and staff are very nice and knowledgeable. They’re conveniently located near everything in town. Their packaged products such as shake mixes are also top notch. I grabbed a variety of meals that are all delicious and perfectly portioned. (One of my problems is portions - I love healthy food but need the portion control). I even got the donuts and muscle bites. All of it is excellent alternatives to the unhealthy stuff we tend to gravitate to when we get busy or lazy about what we eat.
