Customer Reviews
Cute tiny bakery with a handful of small tables for outdoor seating. Known for the cannelé, which is fine, but small, pricy (~$5), and fairly boring flavorwise. Other pastries are similarly decent but not amazing, with a few unusual flavors like calamansi almond tart. Also serves coffee, does not have bread. No line at noon on a Saturday. Fine to try if you're in the neighborhood, but there are other, better bakeries in SF.
Came here on a sunny evening on a walk around Potrero Hill. The coffee and matcha was to die for some of the best most authentic tea since my trip to Japan. I got a pandan coconut love knot, and cannele which I haven’t seen since my trip to Paris. Truly captured the best the world has to offer in terms of service, quality, and range of items!! Cannot recommend more!!!
A lovely bakery with an ever changing and exciting selection of desserts.🧁 Le Dix Sept is one of my favorite neighborhood spots! Be sure to try the canelé and the cupcakes where they have them!!
The Dix-Sept team hosted our run club this morning. The pastries were so spectacular. One of the best canele I’ve had in SF. Good drinks, good savory pastries too. Gabi was great!
I really do love the coffee and the treats here — they’re always great. But I truly don’t understand how this place stays in business with how slow the service is. Every time I come, it’s extraordinarily slow. I’m all for “good things are worth the wait,” and that’s honestly why I keep coming back, but it feels like it gets slower each visit. This morning I came on a weekday with only one person ahead of me, and it still took more than 15 minutes for one coffee to be made. I’m not exaggerating — it consistently takes that long. I just don’t understand how they operate like this but my chocolate cookie is unreal!
