Will not stop calling and harassing me about a man named Michael Higbee or however it's spelled, after I told them and the bail bondsman who asked me a few days ago to bail him out, that I do not know him. Receptionist has the audacity to get an attitude, maybe check your paperwork because your clients are putting down random phone numbers to people who have no idea. Finally found out who he was on the Polk jail inquiry site and a picture says a thousand words.

I actually had an extremely positive experience. She looked over the decrepencies of my case and got me the best deal to get over it and move on with my life. Honestly save your self the trouble of it all and stay out of trouble.

My fiance has had 2 different PDs and neither will file a motion for him or listen to his pleas for help...they just keep saying take the states offer of 5yrs prison for a 20 yr old case he served time on. So sad they don't care about helping people rehabilitate and better themselves

My PD went beyond being the devils advocate, she was second chair for the state, asked questions was like talking to a wall. 8 months hoping I would get some sign that we are debating the issue, delays assuming was to defend my case, it was just a continuation, for reasons I have yet to comprehend. Zero stars! HAD to choose one star in order to pay! Matthias and Bowls do NOT return calls. My son called multiple times and left messages for both “Public Defenders “ and they NEVER returned his calls. I even left a message and never got a return call. I’ve totally lost ALL confidence in the legal system! Public Defenders in truth ONLY work for the court NOT the people. It’s no longer truly about right and wrong it’s about $$$$.
