Absolutely delightful and inviting bakery. Really friendly and efficient service. We tried several of their croissants- ham & cheese, chocolate, almond, and the caramelized onion with thyme turnover. The pastry was so flaky, buttery, divine, and the fillings perfect. Just phenomenal croissants. Also tried the chocolate chip cookie and sticky bun- oh so good!! Their chai was the perfect level of spicy and sweet. The owner told me they brew their own chai with a blend of spices from Monterey. They also make their own syrups. They have great drip coffee too. Do yourself a favor, and skip the corporate coffee joint across the parking lot, and have the far superior pastries and drinks from here.

An absolutely adorable coffee/pastry shop with charming décor and a cozy feel. The service was great and the pastries were wonderful. My favorite was the homemade chai, I'm picky about my chai but perfectly balanced and not overly spicy. What a gem of a family owned shop!

The Lassen Pastry Company is the perfect Saturday morning experience! It has a cozy atmosphere, the service was prompt and friendly, and the food and coffee was delicious! The best, crispiest homemade croissant I’ve ever had. Will be making this a regular tradition to come out and start our weekend💚

I stumbled upon this pastry shop right next to Holiday and was pleasantly surprised by their selection of pastries. Vegetarian options too! I got Ham and Cheese pastry which was SO delicious. I learned that it was 36 layers of butter and dough that gave its crunch. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!! It’s a family run business and the owners are intentional about what goes in their food, conscious about environment, super friendly & fun to talk to! I look forward to trying their desserts & breads soon. Nice place for coffee and conversation with a friend. Love that the ambience is artsy and inviting. If you’re near Lassen Volcanic National Park, you must visit this wonderful little haven!
