My package was delivered with the seal broken, and the Ralph Lauren shirts were stolen from it, so this happened after it left the store. The doorbell cam clearly shows him throwing my box down with the seal already broken, so this is on LaserShip. If I don’t get my money back, I’ll update the photos with the guy’s actual face because I won’t care at that point.

Did not deliver my package and then after almost two weeks of waiting and no follow ups from a supposed call I was supposed to receive from customer service, my package was deemed lost. Then it was found and shipped back to the seller even though I requested to have it picked up if they couldn't deliver. They told me to contact the seller and the seller said the package was damaged so they could not deliver it. Over two weeks of waiting for absolutely nothing and terrible customer service all around by ontrac.

This company sent a false claim 01/30/2026 saying they couldn't deliver my package due to weather.Tje package was automatically listed ast delayed apon receiving it at 4am, at 11:55am they claimed it was weather related delay. I didnt get that notification until 3pm.The weather was fine sunshine and blue skies all day. The facility is only 30 minutes from my place of residence. There is no way to get in contact with anyone. The number prodlvided is based in Virginia. The automated system isn worth using because it sends you to there dead end websight.

They delivered my package to different location has the same house number and they did their investigation after my dispute and still saying it is delivered i sent my home picture which is different the the photo the driver provided and still nothing happened and this is the second time this happening with me and now they asking me to contact the seller and the seller is waiting their investigation results any my package is gone. Don’t ever ship with them

My package arrived at this facility last week. Even though the delivery date is not until August 6th, it looks like it was on track to be delivered on Friday the first. There was an unexpected severe thunderstorm which caused a lot of flooding. My package was delayed. Totally understandable. But then it hasn't moved. The flooding was gone by the next day. And yet they are continuing to hold my package and I really believe I will never see it what's worse is that they changed their policies the customers can no longer pick up in person. I wonder why that is. They are probably stealing packages or using them because they just don't care. Customer service is useless on a good day. I raised the issue today with an agent.
