Horrible shipping company!!! Do not use!!! I order supplies from Quill for our business and normally items are received the next day, if not the day after. But when Lasership handles, it's always multiple days later if you get the items at all. This week, we had 4 boxes that should have been delivered on 1/2/26, but instead, their tracking kept stating it was on their truck and out for delivery each day for three days, then yesterday, I received notice that our 4 boxes had been delivered. WRONG! They weren't delivered to us. I have filed a complaint with Quill and advised them we no longer want Lasership handling our deliveries. By far, the worst delivery service I've experienced. Beware!

It is ridiculous that you all still have a page to even go to I will make it a post a comment until I get a hold of someone that will do something about the delivery service that you guys have can you take claim of onetrac you better do better background checks and people's work ethic because I've seen mounds of post from where you guys do not deliver on what you guys claim. The delivery service sucks and it's hurting people's Christmas thanksgiving's. We should have a tree up by now but now we have to cancel the order and go out and spend another $200 to 300 on a tree we may not want.

Between me and my parents there are 4 packages missing that were supposed to be delivered via OnTrac all to the same address. It is absolutely ridiculous that it’s nearly impossible to contact a real person to resolve any issues and the chatbot is not helpful. When you submit a claim they say “cannot confirm contact of the package” and to contact the sender(which is so not their fault). These packages were ordered in the end of November with a delivery date in the beginning of December and days before Christmas they still have not showed up. This is unacceptable!! Do better. Update (2 days after making this post): I received one of my packages with marker scribbled all over it, a beaten up box, and the box was already opened. Over the last few weeks, we've gotten several packages delivered by LaserShip. As we've gotten a lot of rain lately, in most cases, the packages were soaked by the time they were brought into the house. If they had walked another 30 feet, they could have placed the package on a covered porch and rang a doorbell to let us know the item had arrived. Instead, they leave packages at a side door that is seldom used and doesn't even have a doorbell. We usually serendipitously discover the package simply because we eventually get an e-mail and we have to search for it. One was an item of clothing that was soaked through the package. We have received grocery items soaking wet. If a business were to tell me they were shipping with LaserShip, I would order elsewhere.

One of the worst delivery companies in existence. Blatantly faking and changing time stamps. This company tried to rebrand themselves but still the same bad service and worst customer service. 0/5 stars.
