Las Tropi Papas

10/10 would recommend! Portions were huge, the food was flavorful and the service was wonderful. The guy working the truck, assuming it’s the owner, was so patient while we picked out our toppings and was super nice and chatted with us a little. I liked the way the potato was already slightly smashed inside because it made it easier to get a full bite with all of the toppings. So good! We will definitely be back.
