HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! FOOD IS DISGUSTING! EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE!! Not only did they give me a black / rotten avocado for all my orders but they got all my order wrong. The worker had the audacity to give me attitude and blame me for their mistake! Their only solution was to make me drive 30 plus minutes to fix it. Worker also refused to let me speak to the manager. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! Horrible horrible place!

My parents and I have been going to eat there approximately 2 years at least 3 times a month at times..... mostly all the food is okay but, the cook needs a bit more customer service skills..... maybe he is the owner or something but instead of being welcoming every time I go there to eat he has a stare that is not welcoming,, I had stopped going there for many months because of

Personally I really like the burgers and fries here because I grew up eating them, they’re average. The carne here sucks though, everything that has carne will taste weird whether it’s the tacos or anything else. The ice cream is pretty good, the strawberry one is the best along with the chocolate and the licuados are really tasty too (chocolate). But let me just say the girl who works here, the younger one, has such an envious and rude attitude. I’ve encountered her so many times before later in the day before closing and in the day as well. The cook is snarky. I miss the staff that was there before even though they had a bad attitude too. Fire that damn girl though seriously.

Stopped by at 8:15 just for an ice cream but they closed as we were walking up.It says 9pm close time. It's 9:22 now. We're at Baskin Robbins now.

Really upsetting, they messed up my order. I asked for a fresas con crema with just granola (because my wife is allergic). They yelled at the lady my order. Told her 3 times, only granola. She came out gave me my order and I apologized and told her ma'am I'm sorry I asked for it with only granola and cream, she yelled at me and said no you said no coco only and a lil bit of raisins. I told the cashier to please confirm my order. They confirmed I asked for my order with only granola. She went to the re did my order (or so I thought) because I said my wife is allergic. I received the order when I got home I noticed (since I always mix the fresas) that she kept the same order since there were like 8 raisins still in it.
