Las Cachanillas

Now I love me some tacos, especially when it comes to hunting down taco trucks! Las Cachanillas was a truck I really enjoyed going to, and as of today I really enjoyed their new brick & mortar location! The restaurant is really nice on the inside, had a very large menu of classic items to some stuff I haven’t seen on others menus. Plus they have a breakfast menu that I plan to check out soon! Make sure to get a large horchata to go with your tacos, it’s a must!

Please give the taco truck a chance if you haven’t, it is ran by a gentleman and his family. The service is always spectacular. The food is always amazing. They have been closed for a couple months and I was so excited when I drove by this evening and seen they were open. This is my favorite spot in Springfield to eat.

My other half and I came here a week ago to try the food and it was amazing! A week later we are back and it’s still just as amazing. Definitely recommend!

Food was great, service was fast, and portions are big. I'll definitely stop by again while I'm in Springfield

Real good Birria and Carne Asada tacos. Friendly guy and not really expensive. Wonderful overall
