Las Brasas Charcoal Chicken

Today is February 22, 2026. I just recently left the restaurant approximately around 1:50p. The sign on the door says that they are open at 11 AM every day Monday through Sunday. However, This is the second time in a row that I have come to this Restaurant where the doors are locked. The previous time me and my wife had planned to eat there, Today we had both already placed our orders through a third-party website where it was already paid for. We waited about 10 minutes and saw a young man walk up to the Restaurant and he also tried to get in, when he tried to open the door, the doors were still locked. 🔥 Las Brasas Charcoal Chicken — Still the GOAT 🔥 Just had dinner here again and man… this place never misses. I ordered the Tallarín Saltado, fried plantains, and seasoned potatoes — and every bite was 🔥. The flavors were on point, the ingredients fresh, and the portions generous. Las Brasas doesn’t just serve food — they serve consistency, quality, and that “damn, I need to come back” feeling. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re sleeping. Highly recommended!!!

Loved this! Got 1/2 dark chicken plus cilantro rice and potato’s as my sides

The food was great!! Got chicken, potatoes, chaufa rice and plantains. The portions were big; flavor was even bigger. Everything was seasoned to perfection and I was able to split this into 2 meals. This was my first time here and it will not be my last! I can't wait to see what I'll be getting next.

My favorite thing about this place is the consistency, it’s always good & fresh each time. Even when ordered through DoorDash, it’s always fresh and you can tell they use quality ingredients. I called to inquire about a sauce of theirs that I loveee & due to the tariffs it’s causing a lot of delays & inability to get product. They didn’t have to explain that to me but they did; overall a great business to support while also getting your moneys worth!
